With ScanSnap and PinPoint you can take a stack of many different files that you need to file.

Press the scan button on your ScanSnap, and the file is automatically sent to PinPoint and filed. The file can be a bunch of different files (or just one file), and PinPoint will batch, separate and file directly from the ScanSnap. Users do not have to take time filing anymore, as the process is automated for you.


Even determine how the files should be handled directly with your ScanSnap unit.


Built-in Workflow with notification, full audit trail and document history. Automatic versioning and document comparison reports.
