Depending on your job, you may spend roughly 8-10 hours at your office (or your home office) sitting in your computer chair aiming for top-notch productivity (aiming being the operative word here). Naturally, you end up spending some time here and there focusing on non-productive matters – coffee room chatter, snack breaks or other necessary distractions. In other words, you are not 100% productive. Today’s infographic shows you that even in the most productive moments, the average employee still loses a valuable chunk of time in searching for documents.

If you think about it, that’s roughly three hours a day on average! We say: take time to digitize and then organize those digital files in order to save time.
