Depending on your job, you may spend roughly 8-10 hours at your office (or your home office) sitting in your computer chair aiming for top-notch productivity (aiming being the operative word here). Naturally, you end up spending some time here and there focusing on non-productive matters – coffee room chatter, snack breaks or other necessary distractions. In other words, you are not 100% productive.
