SnapFact Friday: The Good News
Paper statistics can be daunting, as we have seen with some of our past SnapFacts. Today’s SnapFact shows that the paperless outlook may not be so grim. In fact, it appears that the national effort to increase recycling and go digital whenever possible has had some impact on paper use statistics. While the overall numbers may still be high (see global and North American stat here), we’re optimistic that with the help of strong will, sustainable recycling practices, and the right tech tools, we can continue this trend in declining paper use. Below you’ll find a SnapFact that quantifies this trend.
The numbers are down but we certainly aren’t going downhill. That’s some good news!
