Care Ambulance Service in Los Angeles, one of the largest providers for ambulance services serving LA and OC, had a problem.
When EMTs respond to a call, they’re required to fill out critical paperwork, including patients’ insurance information. They found that dealing with paper in this environment took time; they needed a solution that allowed them to concentrate more on their patients as opposed to this paper-filled process.
