I’m happy to say that I have scanned in all my financial documents with ScanSnap and loaded them into Evernote. Now that all my tax information is in Evernote, I don’t have to keep paper copies! I also try to scan in my kids’ schoolwork. Most importantly, I scan in their school directories and put them in Evernote so that I have the contact list at the office or wherever I am for emergencies. I scan in some of their schoolwork with the teacher’s comments written on them so they can document their learning as well. I have also started scanning old Christmas cards and saving them to Evernote, that way I can look at them and see photos of friends, etc. from years ago. The combination of the ScanSnap scanner and Evernote is amazing.
