Where do I find the consumable counter for my ScanSnap scanner?

To find the consumable counter for your ScanSnap scanner do the following:

  1. Right click on ScanSnap Manager Icon located on bottom right side of display.
    Note: Windows 7 may hide this Icon so you may have to click on the up arrow that is also located on bottom right to view icon. Icon is a blue circle with a white “S” in the middle.
  2. Check Consumable Supplies.
    The Total Page, Pick Roller, and Pad Assembly counts will be displayed along with the Reset buttons for the consumables.
    Note:     If you do not see Check Consumables Supplies on the menu then do the following.
  3. Exit the menu.
  4. Close and reopen the lid of the scanner to reset the Scansnap Manager.
  5. Then repeat steps 1 and 2 above.
