We’ve gotten a few questions on how to set up your ScanSnap for face-up scanning. The good news is that this is a very easy process. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open the ScanSnap Manager
2. Click on the “Scanning” tab and select “Option…”

1. Click the box for “Place document face up”

Now you should be set to scan documents face up.
