With every new product, there are always questions on how to use the product to its fullest potential. We receive a lot of good comments and questions from our ScanSnap users about our scanners and thought it would make sense to share these with you just in case you might have the same question or are wondering how to do something.

1.     Where can I get more information about ScanSnap scanners and ultimately, purchase one?

  • Before you decide which scanner is perfect for you, visit the Fujitsu site in order to compare the different models (S1100/S1300i/iX500) and features. If you would like to purchase a scanner, please check with our favorite online retailer or check here for a list of partners.

2.     Why don’t ScanSnap scanners come with TWAIN drivers?
